What Does the Meal plan Subscription Include

All of our plans include free 1 on 1 consultations with one of our certified dietitians, except our Single Meal packages. Consultations may be booked at our nutrition center

Personalized menu selections with unmatched variety.

Each client is assigned 2 cooler bags for the duration of their plan.

Is the Nutrition Consultation Free?

Yes, all our nutrition consultations are free, once you purchase a meal plan with any of our packages, except the Single Meal package.

Rest assured that our dietitians are informed about your requirements as per your profile on the system and are available should you need any nutrition advice.

Can I get Nutrition Consultation without signing up for a Meal Plan

Yes, you can! Book your in person consultation with one of our certified dietitians at your convenience through our contact number online

Can I Sign Up for a meal Plan without a nutrition Consultation

Yes; you may opt to forgo your consultation and simply fill out our online assessment. We always recommend you start with a consultation to allow us to better personalise the program based on your goals.

Do You deliver to more than one address to the same person

Yes. On the same day, you need to choose one address. However should you have different addresses for different days of the week we can definitely accommodate that. Changes to delivery locations are permitted. Please keep in mind that this must be requested 2 working days (48 hrs) in advance.

Can I stop my meals during the weekend/holidays

Yes, you can! To put your package on hold and/or resume your subscription, we require 2 days (48hrs) notice to make all the necessary changes. Please check our Terms & Conditions for any additional relevant information.
